Following his battles with super spies, nightmare creatures, and apocalyptic villains, Henry Cavill is about to face his most difficult obstacle yet: the game of love.
Henry Cavill will star in Steve Falk’s next film The Rosie Project, which will be directed and written by him. In the film, an unlucky-in-love university professor devises an intricate questionnaire to find a wife and meets an unorthodox woman who meets none of his “requirements” yet may be the perfect woman for him.
Cavill, who spends a lot of his screen time striking bad people or solving puzzles while appearing as suave as can be, would undoubtedly like this change of pace. The Rosie Project, with any luck and some smart planning, will provide the former Man of Steel with a strong platform to exhibit his swoon-ability.
Cavill recently finished filming for the second season of The Witcher on Netflix. He’s also slated to act in Lionsgate’s Highlander and has recently signed on to star in Matthew Vaughn’s upcoming spy film Argylle. In other words, everything appears to be going Milhouse for Cavill right now, and you won’t hear me complaining about it. Mr. Muscles, you do you.
